Our Services
We offer a variety of programs to meet the specific needs of our clients, including Simplify Support Services for aging and population with disability, UppRise wellness and Counseling for mental health support, UppRise Family Emergency Preparedness Program equips vulnerable seniors and individuals with disabilities with the tools, training, and resources they need to prepare for disaster, and UppRise Connect for community engagement.
